It was only recently that the Vehicle Theft Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTREC) launched the Vehicle Theft Awareness Campaign 2019 together with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM). Their goal is to raise awareness on vehicle theft and how to deter it from happening.

During the launch, they presented some very interesting facts on the most popular cars that were stolen so far in the first quarter of 2019. Sitting at the very top of that list, surprisingly, is the Proton Wira with 127 units reported stolen in the first three months of this year. (more…)
