Jaguar I-PACE Launched In Malaysia, Priced From RM460,800

The Jaguar I-PACE has been on sale since 2018, during which time it has done remarkably well and has been awarded titles like World Car of the Year as well as European Car of the Year, among many others. It has only just gone on sale in Malaysia today and Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) can offer it at under RM500,000, thanks to the government exempting battery electric vehicles (BEVs) from duties.

Priced at RM460,800 (without insurance) for the Black LE and RM498,800 for the HSE, the I-PACE is Jaguar’s first BEV and has been designed and developed almost entirely in the UK. Ralf Speth, the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover when the I-PACE was launched, said that the development team had ‘torn up the rulebook to create the newest member of the PACE family’.

All-new Renault Espace Becomes Crossover MPV

40 years ago, Renault introduced a model that could be regarded as the first MPV, which it called the Espace. It was a versatile people-carrier and in the typical French way, it was described as ‘the first car for life and living’.

In the same way Chrysler’s minivan set the American carmakers rushing into a new segment, the Espace too created a new segment that would keep growing over 5 generations, matching the rise in popularity of SUVs.

The sixth generation now begins and leads the brand’s charge in the C and D segments. As with its predecessors, it has been evolving with the times but retained the people-carrier DNA throughout as well as being Renault’s most spacious model.

Malaysian Winners of Toyota Dream Car Art Contest Announced

UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. today announced the winners of the 16th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, rewarding and acknowledging creativity and expression of children through their winning artworks.

A total of three winners were selected from three categories – (Category 1: 7 years old and under; Category 2: 8 to 11 years old; and Category 3: 12 to 15 years old). The top 3 winners were chosen from thousands of submissions for the national phase of the global event.

Audi RS 3 Sedan Now Available In Malaysia

Audi Malaysia has made the RS 3 Sedan available from RM646,990 to RM655,990 with the Audi Assurance Package.

Exterior

The RS 3 Sedan has a bold exterior and widened body giving it that lowered sports look. The front wings and huge air vents complement the wide honeycomb grille with the signature RS black Audi four rings.

Sarawak Seeks Approval For Pan Borneo Highway To Cut Into Brunei

Sarawak is asking Brunei for understanding over the continuation of the Pan Borneo Highway project connecting Sarawak and Sabah, which will cross into the country’s territory.

According to Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, via Sarawak’s coastal road construction project, the Pan Borneo project’s proposal to construct a motorway that crosses Brunei’s territory would be carried out.

Lamborghini Celebrates 60th Birthday

The Italian performance car maker Lamborghini is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2023, and they’re doing it in style with a worldwide series of events.

With over 2,000 employees and producing 9,233 vehicles in 2022, Automobili Lamborghini is a well-known business today. Ferruccio Lamborghini, however, started from scratch when he established the business in 1963.
