Or if you want, even pay for your new purchase in cash, because all payments are done securely through FPX and your data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

All of this can be done securely through the official Perodua website, and if you are the type that prefers to test drive a car before buying it, you can even arrange for a test drive from the website, after which a Perodua Sales Advisor (PSA) will contact you within 24 hours.

But in this day and age of scams and unethical business practises, it is normal to feel a little apprehensive about dealing with anyone, especially when someone randomly calls you. But of course, Perodua has thought of that.

To ensure that the person calling you is a genuine Perodua Sales Advisor, each PSA is given a unique QR code that changes daily. So, to ensure you are dealing with the correct person and not a scammer, you can make a request to the PSA to share his or her QR code for verification.

The Perodua Online Booking feature offers many conveniences designed to make your purchase experience all the better. You can even trade-in your current vehicle through a online booking form whereafter a PSA will make the necessary arrangements.

As for loan applications, you have a choice of applying for the loan through the Perodua website, or you can liaise with a PSA, or you can also apply for a loan through the UFIRST App or UFIRST web platform upon signing the e-vehicle sales order form.

After going through any of the above steps, a bank officer will then contact you to confirm the loan application and then proceed to check your eligibility.

In the event that you change your mind after a few days, perhaps you may want to change the car you bought, or change the accessories or even the colour, Perodua allows you to do that and you may do so through the appointed PSA.

The new Perodua Online Booking feature offers many features, and even allows non-Malaysians to make a purchase as well, as long as the purchased vehicle is picked up in Malaysia. This is brilliant for parents of international students based in Malaysia to buy a car for their children without having to make large sum bank transfers.

The best part is that you can still have human guidance along the way and you can cancel the booking in case you change your mind as well.
