The Isuzu Insurance Pro policy is underwritten by a panel of five leading insurance and takaful companies. It covers all D-Max models and the full spectrum of Isuzu trucks, including light-, medium-, and heavy-duty variants such as the ELF, FORWARD, and GIGA, including prime movers.
Notable benefits of the Isuzu Insurance Pro include:
- Fast Claim Approvals: Swift approvals for claims below RM20,000.
- Free Towing: Unlimited free 300km round-trip towing for D-Max models and three free 100km round-trip tows for ELF models.
- Comprehensive Coverage: Free coverage for all drivers, flood relief benefits, key-loss coverage, and motor personal accident coverage up to RM10,000 for policyholders and authorised drivers.
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance: Continuous support for emergencies.
- Extended Benefits: 10 years of betterment and excess exemption, with agreed value coverage up to 10 years for D-Max and one year for Isuzu trucks.
Additionally, claims made under the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme will be honoured with full Isuzu genuine parts, provided the vehicles are returned to authorised Isuzu service centres.
