Cycle & Carriage Partners with Stellantis Malaysia to Expand Automotive Market Footprint

Cycle & Carriage, a distinguished name in Malaysia’s automotive industry with a legacy of 125 years, has announced a strategic partnership with Stellantis Malaysia. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Cycle & Carriage’s history, as it prepares to retail vehicles from various brands under the Stellantis umbrella while supporting Stellantis Malaysia’s multi-brand and multi-segment initiatives.

The partnership with Stellantis Malaysia represents a pivotal step for Cycle & Carriage, aligning seamlessly with its objectives for growth and market expansion within the Malaysian automotive sector. Leveraging its extensive network and deep industry experience, Cycle & Carriage aims to enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional vehicle ownership journeys.

Stellantis, the world’s fourth-largest automaker and mobility provider, manages a portfolio of 14 brands. Stellantis Malaysia, which began operations on March 1, 2024, oversees the marketing, sales, and aftersales of the Peugeot brand in Malaysia.

The partnership is part of Stellantis Malaysia’s dealer expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening the brand’s presence in Malaysia and providing top-quality service across the country. Initially, three existing Cycle & Carriage showrooms in Cheras, Batu Caves, and Georgetown, Penang, will start showcasing the Peugeot brand with dedicated sales and aftersales services by Q4 2024. Future plans include expanding to additional brands under Stellantis Malaysia and further extending the network into southern Peninsular Malaysia by 2025.
