Nissan Malaysia has launched its latest 3S Centre in Muar, Johor, operated by NM Supreme Sdn. Bhd. This state-of-the-art facility spans over 8,000 square feet and integrates sales, service, and spare parts, marking a significant milestone in Nissan’s efforts to elevate customer experiences.

The NM Supreme Nissan 3S Centre is designed in line with the Nissan Retail Concept, NRC-NEXT, which aims to innovate dealership experiences and deliver world-class service standards globally. This concept emphasises creating a seamless and engaging customer journey, whether they are exploring new models or servicing their vehicles. Every aspect of the NRC-NEXT-compliant facility has been refined to ensure customer satisfaction and excitement.
Location and Showroom
Situated along Jalan Meriam, the NM Supreme Nissan 3S Centre features an eye-catching facade with the iconic Nissan red tablet logo, inviting customers into a spacious showroom. The showroom can display up to six vehicles, providing ample space for customers to explore Nissan’s latest models. Knowledgeable sales advisors are on hand to assist with any queries, ensuring a personalized and informative experience.
Customer Lounge and Amenities
The retail space is meticulously designed with premium and contemporary furnishings, offering a comfortable customer lounge. This area provides a relaxed ambiance for discussions between customers and sales advisors and facilitates test drives. After-Sales Service
For after-sales service, the centre is equipped with four service bays, capable of accommodating up to 16 vehicles per day and an estimated 352 cars per month. The service area, covering over 4,000 square feet, is staffed by a team of six professionally trained technicians, ensuring high-quality service and maintenance for Nissan owners.
