Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia has announced the opening of its latest 3S Centre in Setia Alam, offering Sales, Service, and Spare parts to enhance the customer experience and support its growing dealer network. This new facility underscores GWM’s commitment to providing comprehensive services and improving convenience for customers in Shah Alam and Klang.
The spacious GWM Setia Alam 3S Centre, covering over 6000 square feet, features a showroom, a personalised customer lounge, and four service bays staffed by trained GWM technicians. With the capacity to handle after-sales service and maintenance for up to 800 vehicles per month, the centre caters to GWM’s diverse lineup, including brands like Haval, ORA, and the Cannon series.
Mike Cui An Qi, Managing Director of GWM Malaysia, emphasised the company’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction. He highlighted the state-of-the-art facility as a testament to GWM’s commitment to quality and dependability, aiming to provide an unparalleled experience for customers.
In addition to expanding its network, GWM Malaysia is introducing new products to the Malaysian market. The GWM ORA 07, a streamlined electric coupe, is set to be officially launched on April 3rd. Customers can already view and test drive the ORA 07 in GWM showrooms across Malaysia. To show appreciation for early supporters, GWM Malaysia is offering free maintenance for up to 5 years or 75,000 km (whichever comes first) for customers who pre-order before the EV’s launch date.
