To address range anxiety among EV owners, smart Malaysia has collaborated with key stakeholders to pioneer a comprehensive EV charging map integrated within the Hello smart App. This innovative feature provides access to over 70% of nationwide charging points, enabling users to seamlessly locate, initiate charging, and make payments, all within a single application. Additionally, smart Malaysia introduces the One-Stop Service Home Charging Solution, simplifying the purchase, installation, and scheduling of smartCharge Home Chargers through the Hello smart App.
In a bid to offer a worry-free journey for customers, smart Malaysia introduces the All-Inclusive Premium Ownership package, which includes an array of benefits such as extended warranties, roadside service assistance, complimentary smartCharge Home Charger, Vehicle to Load (V2L) Adaptor, accessories package, and comprehensive smartPlus Insurance Coverage.
