MINI Malaysia today introduced fresh additions to the MINI Electric Resolute Edition, providing new stunning colourways to the all-electric MINI 3 Door.

Exterior
Limited to only 90 units in Malaysia, MINI Electric Resolute Edition offers a new exclusive design and equipment features. The MINI Electric Resolute Edition is now available in Enigmatic Black and Nanuq White, in addition to Rebel Green.
Instead of using chrome in its external design language, the signature design components are completed in exclusive Resolute Bronze. These include the surrounds of the headlights, radiator grille and rear lights, as well as the side scuttles on the front side panels and door and tailgate handles. The surrounding strip at the lower border of the windscreen, the inner frame of the radiator grille, the brand logos, and the model inscription, on the other hand, are all completed in Piano Black.
The MINI Electric Resolute Edition is further distinguished by distinctive bonnet stripes. They, too, have a pattern made up of parallel lines with a colour gradient that runs between a light and a dark shade of gold, as well as the inscription “RESOLUTE.” The Waistline Finisher in black is unique to the new edition, as are the 17-inch Electric Collection Spoke alloy wheels.
Interior
To add to the impression of driving satisfaction, the inside is outfitted with Cloth/Leatherette seats with Black Pearl Light Chequered upholstery, as well as an anthracite-colored roof liner with black armrests and knee rolls. The MINI Resolute logo is tastefully embossed on the lower spoke of the Nappa leather sports steering wheel. The graphic design creates an attractive pinstripe pattern on the inside surfaces and side sills with evenly curled lines in a light golden tone.
In keeping with the brand’s global environmental goals, the Cloth Leatherette Black Pearl Light Chequered upholstery is constructed from recycled PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) bottles. The upper fabric is made of 100% recycled PES (Polyester), while the liner is made of about 70% recycled PET material, for a recycling rate of around 90.6%.
Power and Performance
The electric powertrain remains unchanged, with the Resolute Edition featuring a front-mounted electric motor producing 181 hp and 270 Nm of torque. This results in a 0-100 km/h time of 7.3 seconds and a maximum speed of 150 km/h.
The electric motor is powered by a 32.6-kWh lithium-ion battery (28.9 kWh useable) with a range of up to 232 km according to the WLTP standard. An 11-kW onboard AC charger (Type 2 connection) charges the battery fully in 2.5 hours, while DC fast charging (CCS2 connection) at up to 50 kW may achieve a 10-80% level of charge in 36 minutes.
Equipment and Features
The standard equipment list also includes adaptive LED headlamps, keyless entry and start, dual-zone climate control, auto-dimming mirrors, Park Assist, a head-up display, a five-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.8-inch MINI Navigation System touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, a 12-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a Qi wireless charger, a reverse camera, six airbags, and the Driving Assistant package (AEB, LDW).
Price
It costs RM205,834 on-the-road without insurance and comes with a standard two-year warranty. The price rises to RM211,164 with the optional four-year extended warranty and service plan.
