In 2022, the Peugeot 2008 made its debut in the Malaysian market with refreshed looks and updated features. This second-generation crossover SUV is currently priced at RM133,388.
To take it all up a notch now, Bermaz Auto has introduced a Special Edition 2008.
Although the SUV is available in four colors, this SE package comes exclusively with the Orange Fusion and Pearl White exterior colors only.
The package consists of:
- Black front bumper garnish
- Black rear bumper garnish
- Black side bumper garnish (left & right)
- Piano black rims
- Vehicle decals
- SE badges
The decals on the bonnet and sides of the vehicle give it a more sporty and fierce look, although we rather the decals be left out and not ruin the elegance of the vehicle.
There have been no changes under the hood as it remains the same as the Peugeot ‘Allure’ which features a 1.2, 3-cylinder turbocharged engine that makes 130 hp at 5,500 rpm and 230 Nm at 1,750 rpm and is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission which only sends power to the front wheels.
The new 2008 comes with a SE accessories package that costs RM2,900 and comes with a One-Year Peugeot Genuine Accessory Warranty based on the period of fitment at the time of the new vehicle purchase.
The SE production build model will begin in March, with vehicle delivery scheduled for the end of April.
