The folks from Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd, the official custodian of the Mazda brand here in Malaysia, has announced that their all-new 2019 Mazda CX-30 is now open for booking for those looking for the next-generation compact crossover SUV. Three variants are up on offer from RM143,119.20 (OTR price without insurance).
Embodying Mazda’s Kodo design language, the new Mazda CX-30 carries the same iconic bold proportions of the signature Mazda SUV family with a huge dose of comfort thrown into the mix. Sitting right in the between the entry-level Mazda CX-3 and the dynamic Mazda CX-5, the new CX-30 carries the best of both worlds all in one package.
Built to provide an enhanced driving experience for daily travels, the CX-30 offers a much more relaxed and user-friendly package thanks to its well-equipped cabin that was designed to provide high levels of comfort. Comfortable seats, great head space, storage areas, and excellent visibility not only makes it a good driver’s car but also a car that any occupant can enjoy riding along.
As stated earlier, three variants are open for booking for the new Mazda CX-30, which are the SkyActiv-G 2.0, SkyActiv-G 2.0 High, and the range-topping SkyActiv-D 1.8 High. The base and mid-range models come with a 2.0-litre DOHC four-cylinder with VVT engine that produces 163hp and 213Nm of maximum torque whereas the range-topper is fitted with a diesel-powered 1.8-litre power plant that produces 114hp and 270Nm of torque.
The all-new 2019 Mazda CX-30 are all CBU models from Japan and priced at RM143,119.20, RM164,119.20, and RM173,027.70 respectively. Eight colour options are up for grabs; Soul Red Crystal, Machine Gray, Titanium Flash, Jet Black, Deep Crystal Blue, Sonic Silver, Snowflake White Pearl and Polymetal Gray Metallic.
