2020 Mitsubishi Mirage & Attrage launched in Thailand – From RM65,300

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) has launched the updated 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage and Attrage models with updated stylings and features for the Thailand market. The facelifted compact models are said to be launched in other markets in stages where they offer a much sharper and dynamic design cue with a touch of elegance for the interiors.

Locally produced at their Laem Chabang Plant, both the Mirage and Attrage have adopted the new Dynamic Shield front design which sweeps around the sides towards the middle. The result is a more powerful look and presence thanks to the addition of square grille lines with its horizontal/vertical bar pattern.

The design for its multi-bulb LED combination lamps have been optimised to be wider and stable. The same treatment is given to the rear with the updated L-signature horizontal LED combination lamps that stretch across the width of the car. They are also offering the updated models with new 15-inch alloy wheels (two-tone diamond for Mirage & silver finish for Attrage).

As for the interior, both facelifted models come with:

  • New front armrest & hand-touch areas
  • Sporty carbon meter panel & power window switch panels
  • Sporty-look fabric/synthetic leather combination (Mirage)
  • Monotone design with synthetic leather seats (Attrage)
  • Smartphone Display Audio (SDA) system with a 7-inch display (Attrage)

Power production remains unchanged with a 1.2-litre MIVEC three-cylinder engine that produces around 78hp and 100Nm of torque. Pricing for both models in the Thai market ranges from 474,000 – 624,000 Baht (around RM65,300 – RM86,000).
