The Japanese market now can enjoy the new Serena which comes with a new Adaptive LED Headlight System that automatically controls the 12 LED lights in the headlight unit when it detects oncoming traffic via its forward-facing camera. Another key component of the new Serena’s safety technology is the addition of Nissan Intelligent Mobility which now comes as a standard feature across the entire model range. As for the newly added ProPILOT driving assistance system, the new Nissan Serena offer greater vehicle controllability, especially when drivers are fatigued or stressed on the roads. It helps by optimizing speed control, braking in various conditions, and providing a comfortable and relaxing driving experience.

As for the design, the new Serena features a refreshed façade with the company’s signature double-V motion design which is recognisable via its updated headlights and bold chrome grille. Sharper accents with an integrated chin spoiler give it a sharper and more modern look.

The Highway STAR variants come with a more aggressive feature thanks to its lower updated bumper, exclusive rear taillights, and a redesigned rear bumper. As for the e-POWER variant, customers can enjoy 16-inch exclusive aluminium wheels.

Nissan continues to offer the Serena in two-wheel- and four-wheel-drive configurations. Gasoline-powered models come equipped with either the existing 2.0-liter MR20DD engine; or the MR20DD-SM24 powertrain for S-HYBRID models.
