Compared to the 720S Coupe, the Spider version only weighs 49kg more and even with that, it’s is one of the lightest drop-top supercars in the market. This is all thanks to its carbon fibre structure called the Monocage II-S. This carbon fibre chassis alone requires an entirely different article to explain its humungous benefits but trusts us when we say it is light AF.
Combined with its 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the McLaren 720S Spider produces you guessed it, 720hp and 770Nm of torque.
