Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) is proud to announce that their latest all-new Volkswagen Arteon is now available for booking and the price is expected to range between RM290,000 and RM310,000.
The fully CBU Volkswagen Arteon R-Line will be making its official debut here in Malaysia in a few months so to those who would like to own the very first few models here in the country should definitely place your bookings at any of the Volkswagen authorised showrooms located nationwide.
Currently regarded as the brand’s flagship model, the 5-door fastback has been considered by many as the perfect balance between avant-garde design and superior driving experience. Rolling art is the name of the game with ‘Art’ showcasing emotive harmonious line and ‘Eon’ as the brand’s premium identity.
The all-new Volkswagen Arteon comes equipped with a 2.0-litre TSI turbocharged engine that produces close to 280hp and 350Nm of torque. All that power is controlled using VW’s latest seven-speed wet clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG) and their very impressive 4MOTION all-wheel drive system.
Its interior has also been souped-up with some fancy gadgets and gizmos like:
- Active Info Display with high-resolution display colour thin-film transistor (TFT)
- 2-inch screen fitted with gesture control
- Discover Pro infotainment system
- Wireless App-Connect (CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink)
- 360-degree area view camera
The Arteon that will land on Malaysian shores soon will be fitted with the R-Line styling package (both inside and out) and there will be eight colours available for your choosing; Manganese Grey, Deep Black, Reflex Silver, Romance Red, Urano Grey, Turmeric Yellow, Oryx White Pearl and Pyrite Silver.
