The all-new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe (the same one that was previewed during the Kuala Lumpur International Motorshow 2019) is officially available starting today and there will be four different variants available for those who are interested.
The fourth-generation Santa Fe is priced from RM169,888 to RM211,888 with two main different engine options which are the Theta II 2.4 MPI Petrol and the R 2.2 CRDi Diesel. Both engine options come with two different variants which are Executive and Premium.
According to Mr. Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of Hyundai Sime-Darby Motors (HSDM), Since the preview in November last year, we’ve received good responses and a substantial amount of bookings. Pricing of the Santa Fe has been released and our popular SUV has gone on sale just recently.”
Those who prefer the 2.4-litre petrol option should know that it comes with a six-speed automatic transmission that produces 170hp and 225Nm of maximum torque. Opt for the 2.2-litre diesel and you’ll get 191hp and 440Nm maximum torque plus Hyundai’s latest eight-speed automatic transmission.
There’s a RM20,000 difference between the Executive and Premium variants where those who opt for the latter will be getting a few extra features which are:

- Blind-Spot Collision Warning
- Rear Cross traffic Collision Warning
- Bi-function LED Projection
- Dynamic Bending Light
- 8-way power seat (passenger) & 10-way power seat (driver)
