Fans of Ferrari from all over the world have been graced many times with exotic supercars created b the Prancing Horse company. Birthed from the Ferrari Styling Centre located at the heart of their Maranello manufacturing plant, their latest one-off custom vehicle comes in the form of the superbly beautiful Ferrari P80/C.
Helmed by Flavio Manzoni and a team of engineers and aerodynamics specialists, their job was to create the next-generation “Hero Car” embedded with an ‘absolutely unique and authentic soul’ to match for a very special client.
The brief for this new machine was simple but majestic at the same time; create a modern sports prototype inspired by iconic models from Ferrari’s history: the 330 P3/P4 on the one hand and the 1966 Dino 206 S on the other.
The team went t work on a Ferrari 488 GT3 chassis as the main base for this track-eating machine which not only provided greater performance but also portrays a much more aggressive yet compact character. Every single aspect of the Ferrari P80/C was conjured up to be muscular and functional in terms of aerodynamics, which made it even more special.
We can go on and on about the Ferrari P80/C but it won’t do any justice upon feasting your eyes on the magnificent photo gallery provided by the Italian supercar manufacturer.
